We stop by Boone for the night and we dine here. The pho was delicious and perfect for the cold weather that night. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Reasonable price.

It was inexpensive. For the quality of noodles it was a good price. It is fast food noodles, little industrial atmosphere. Could carry on a conversation. My son said he is going back once he starts school at ASU.

The pho is great. Sign says Bahn Mi on it but they haven’t had it since covid. They also are supposed to have boba but that’s not here either. Apparently the owner is selling or closing it at the end of Summer 2023. Since they don’t know how to properly run a restaurant…guess it’s fair. I mean when it says Bahn Mi on the sign and you haven’t had it in well over a year……

Please tell me it isn’t true. Woke up today so hungover with a craving for my favorite boone restaurant. My boyfriend pulls into the parking lot, I sit at home, awaiting the nectar of the gods. The phone rings and I hear 5 dreaded words. “I think they shut down”. IM DEVASTATED! Nothing revives me more than a delicious bowl of pho. I will never eat again if I can’t have My Pho. You will be forever missed.

Went in here last week with my grandkids and was not disappointed. The kids found a lot of entertainment in watching the workers make the noodle soup, which is a very interesting and meticulous process, I was quite impressed. I’ve come back a few times for their sugary tapioca drinks which are very good, I wonder who invented them! I respect the staff quite a lot, the restaurant has been very busy the past few times I’ve gone and they handled it really well! My ex wife Janice would have loved this restaurant.. She has always did love a good broth on a gloomy Saturday morning. Cilantro is my favorite snack and they have it. One time I asked for a whole lime and they handed me one free of charge. I wish they had mushrooms there, Janice would always put them my soup when I was sick and it made me feel much better. All in all, I would eat here every day for the rest of my life. Which might not be long as I am an old lad indeed.
