I had an okay experience at NAZ’s halal restaurant. While some of the food items were disappointing, others were decent. For instance, the double cheeseburger I ordered was enjoyable and satisfying. The portion size was appropriate and the burger was cooked well. However, the Philly cheesesteak I tried tasted a bit strange, like sweet beef and cheese, which was not what I expected. The hot wings I ordered were plain instead of the spicy version I had ordered. The combo rice I ordered was actually served as chicken over rice, but it still tasted decent. And they need some improvement on making fries . It just tasted burned potato fries.

I’ve had good experiences the past, however last week I placed an order online. I went to pick up my food and they read my order back to me and handed me my food. When I got home I noticed they didn’t give me the right items. Even the extra pita I paid for. The sauces were put on top and too spicy for my kids to eat. I called them and they wanted me to drive back from an exchange. No refund or an apology.

Pretty good place for late night eats! I’m surprised such a place is still open that late in Burtonsville. The Chicken Over Rice is good—but make sure you add lettuce, and the white sauce is an absolute must! Food is prepared fairly quick—there’s some tables there if you want to dine-in.

We are traveller from Dallas and arrived late and this was one of restaurant opened late night. Food was excellent and price was very affordable and employees was nice and courteous. yes it took little time to make and we were party of 10 and didn’t have enough seating to sit for travelers like us. Some food items here were very good, specifically the rice dishes. I had the Kofta Kabob with green & white sauce and loved it! My other friend had the chicken over rice and it was also delicious. Both were very well seasoned. The rice was fluffy and the meat was juicy.

They need to fire the girl in there with the bags under her eyes. I don’t know if she is tired or what, but she is extremely rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when we entered the restaurant, stood near the food prep while we waited at the register for assistance, then as I was asking a question (as a paying customer in-person) she rudely proceeds to answer the phone, to answer the question of the customer over the phone. No excuse me, no nothing. Not to mention, before she answered the phone, she had an attitude when I asked whether the hummus was in the bowl or on the side…Their food is good but she is horrible for their business, which is why I left without ordering. I’m the type of person who will never visit a restaurant again if the service is bad, no matter how good the food may be… and I’m sure I’m not the only customer with that mindset! Naz, train your employees to offer better customer service. It goes a long way..
