One of the coolest and most unique burger joints I have been too. Love that butchers are making the meat choices and that they handle all aspects of the process. Their “smashes” are super flavorful. The burger was cooked perfectly. Very unique take on fries. Great selection of local beers on tap. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Came here to check out the burger which my other half is very picky about and he absolutely loved it. He said it was the BEST burger he’s had due in part to smokiness from the bacon that’s cooked in with the burger. And he was nice enough to let me have a bite 🙂 I had the braised tacos and it was so very good also. Everyone there was very nice and we met and spoke with the butcher, Neil who spent some time talking with us and explaining some of the butchering process. Fantastic people and great food. Portions are pretty big. Be prepared!

While going through Tupelo I did a search for Best Burger. The Neon Pig came up so we decided to give it a try. Not a good choice. Yes, their burgers are fresh ground and their produce is fresh as well. But the burger was dry, way too small for the bun, not seasoned other than the sauces they put on it which makes it taste like a bbq sandwich, and it just looked gross.

Upon arriving in Tupelo, I pulled up Trip Advisor to search for the top restaurants. This was one of them. So I ventured over from Hotel Tupelo (fantastic hotel by the way!) for dinner. Upon walking in, no one greeted me. So I just walked around looking at everything. There are coolers on various walls where you can get your own drinks, or a soda fountain. I opted for a beer but then the door wouldn’t shut. Found a table and almost didn’t want to sit down because the chairs are absolutely filthy. Please take a power washer to those things. And the floors are filled with grime and dirt. The maintenance of this place is definitely lacking. And now for the cherry on top. “Voted best burger is America”, as expected, is a total fabrication. I’ve never understood how companies can say this and not source it. I researched for an hour for any kind of mentioning from a reputable food source that this burger is legit and found nothing. I had nothing else to do while sitting there anyway so it was a good use of time. I also ordered Parmesan fries and they were not your standard parm fries. They were fries with a wad of cheese thrown on them, not even melted. So I was a bit disappointed in the food and atmosphere, but the food was still good. At least go here once, but don’t order the smash burger expecting greatness.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch. This place was hopping. About 20 min wait for table which was reasonable. Fries are excellent. Good local beer selection. Also had 1817 brewery beers on draft. The burger is a bbq meat delivery cornucopia (tastes like a good smokey bbq meal). Staff friendly.

It was okay. We had high hopes but left disappointed. The only thing that saved them was the sauces. I got the slaw burger in lettuce. The burger was just meat in a patty shape. I did enjoy the sauce in it and pickles but that didn’t justify the price or save the burger. My husband got the smash burger and he also though the patty lacked any flavor and it was just ok. He did enjoy the loaded fries. My son got the smash tater. It was just a baked potato cut in half with the same flavorless patty and some sauce and an egg. He also said it was just okay. Overall food was overpriced for the taste. Also the bathroom was kinda falling apart and dirty. We won’t be back.

Stopped by for a quick bite and ended up ordering a meal instead. I ordered the belvis burger and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of flavor packed in it. Whenever I’m back in this area, I will be stopping by for another meal. I highly recommend this place.

Unique place! This was my first time so I tried the most common burger – the Smash Burger! It’s made fresh off the open grill.

The food was absolutely amazing. Truly the best burger in America. I got the Gulf Shrimp, which was better than the Shrimp I ate in the actual Gulf. The waitress was absolutely wonderful, her and the cook need a raise, way above and beyond!
