Went for a birthday / late Father’s day celebration. There is a certain attitude at restaurants that kind of permeates through the staff. You definitely get the feeling that they are working for tips. In other words the interactions feel a little fake. The dish I ordered had an issue which I didn’t notice right off the bat. Once I noticed it and looked to inform the waitress we never saw her again until I asked someone filling waters to find her please. At which point I was done with dinner. The next interaction was the check and I would have expected the manager to come by and apologize or acknowledge the issue. On the way out I asked to speak to the manager and a young lady said “I am the manager”. I pressed her a bit she said well we take turns or something to that effect. Root of the problem is a lack of hierarchy and accountability. I got a sarcastic apology on my way out. Five star prices two star service. I recommend the wait staff have dinner at a five star restaurant and take notes.

Overrated!!! my first impression from the outside looks like it used to be a fast food. Parking lots is terrible very narrow and lots pothole. Don’t take your expensive car here if you’re worried might get dink or run over a big pothole. I can’t stand the head waiter, he is so condescending treating us as if we don’t know anything about wine. He recommended an overpriced red wine and it’s terrible. We didn’t even hardly drink our bottle that cost us almost $300 dollar. The food is not that great. I noticed the staff standing by the bar no smile including the bartender as if they are in the military camp. In my opinion the head waiter that mostly taking the orders is tip hugger. I would never recommend this place. People go to southlake area there’s tons of good restaurants, is not that far.

Went to Next for our anniversary. We had a few cocktails, fried lobster appetizer, grilled chicken, salmon with spinach pasta, and rum cake. Everything was delicious! Lots of wine choices but we preferred the old fashioned!

The drinks, appetizers, and desserts were delish! But the main course, Beef Wellington, was bad. Cold mashed potatoes and uncooked mixed vegetables. The beef Wellington was very rare and tough.

Out for our anniversary, hadn’t been here in several years. Our server, Maude, was tremendous-all of her suggestions were spot on. Drinks, wine, applies, everything. Expensive but fantastic. Really loved the pork belly, the NZ lamb, the Grand Marnier souffle.

Everything about this place is just average except the price. The prices are a little high for average food. One of our party ordered a Seafood Trio. The prawn was way over cooked. The wait person was notified of the problem. That was about it. For $49 you should get more than two very small portions of seafood. I will have to long and hard before returning.
