First of all the bathroom was filthy and outta soap. I ordered garlic cream tortilini EXTRA MUSHROOMS paid $1.25 for them and got 4 mushrooms yes I counted. I went back to the counter and the manager well who I believed was the manager(he had 3 pins on his hat with a beard) totally ignored me. So the lady who took my order who was very nice by the way apologized to me and gave me a side of mushrooms that the cook didn’t even want to acknowledge that he forgot to put the extra mushrooms in there. Thankfully for the lady who took my order and the black guy with the glasses I was pleased after the fact. But that manager and the white cook(overweight, with a ponytail, man) who had poor customer service with people at a job they chose to work at was beyond rude.

I ordered online and my order was ready for pickup at the time noted. The food was hot and fresh. This was my first time trying the Alfredo MontAmore and Parmesean-Crusted Chicken with Zoodles instead of pasta. My meal was yummy but the Zoodles were thicker and crunchier than I had hoped. The sauce was a bit runny as if it were mixed with water. However, this did not take away from the flavor. My friend had the regular Alfredo MontAmore and loved it! The Koren Meatballs are always great!

Noodles is one of the more underrated chain restaurants in the country. I travel for work, and anytime there is one in the city that I’m working in, I’m very pleased and will always go. This location stood out to me, so I wanted to write a review, very clean location, great service people, and even the manager Jacob was very kind to me and my travel party. Just wanted to thank them for a very great experience!

EDIT: They have never got our order right and regularly forget 3 to 4 items on each order. We tried to call to complain and they hung up on us. They always forget to give you your drink when you order to go. This time they told me they were out of lemonade I would just have to choose something else, despite them confirming we ordered and paid for lemonade.
