Pizza is really nice, shame about the rude ignorant staff. One in particular looked rough as hell, looked like he just walked off the streets was very rude and kept making sly comments. I really don’t know what his problem was but this idiot needs a good reality check and maybe a few lessons in how to deal with customers.

My husband and I were in Macy’s so we went for lunch to the NYC pizza place here today. The server was the rudest person I have ever met. And he wasn’t just rude he was unkind. I have never been spoken to by a server like that ever before.

Server’s vocabulary consisted of “What?”, “No”, and “I ain’t got time to do that.” Pizza was OK, but the hostile attitude and rudeness was unacceptable. Also, the listing does not reflect what is actually served. Three types of pizza and that’s it.
