Me and my wife always talk about this place. If only we lived closer we’d probably go every week tbh. Employees are never rude and never seem to be bothered when asked questions. Portions are amazing and you have the option for brown rice as well.

Walked in with low expectations but very pleasantly surprised! We got the popcorn chicken plate and chicken teriyaki Plate. The plates come with a cabbage salad, green salad, udon noodles, rice and the protein. The salads are pretty standard greens you get with a bento. My teriyaki chicken was fantastic! It was nicely grilled and nice and juicy and popcorn chicken were large pieces of chicken and very crunchy. They were served in a togo box. There was not a lot of Teriyaki sauce in the box, but extra sauce is available at the table. If you go for takeout, remember to get more sauce at the sauce and utensil station.

This would normally be a five. But the service I received today, was horrible. There food is spot on 90% of the time. But today simple request could not be made. I asked to order the two meat plate with just the noodles. And was told that they can’t do that. I pull out my phone and show were I have bought that exact same order. Several times, response the cooks get mad they don’t like to do that. Then after ten minutes of back and forth I was told they only do it at lunch. So I ordered food anyway. Against my first mind. The popcorn chicken was over cooked dry and hard. And my noodle plate with just noodles was a sloppy mess. Added veggies even though I asked for none. And after a stare down from one of the cooks I received my order. My advice, make it there for the first shift. The night crew is horrible all around the board.

Frequent place for my colleagues, so I tried it out in a party of 3. Everyone had a good experience. Quick service, menu that can be gotten used to and quality food. Have been here twice now and by adding feedback of my regular colleagues, food consistently tastes good. Portion sizes are large. Thinly sliced, battered and fried chicken may not appeal to folks that only like soft chicken.

When I really want some popcorn chicken and rice this is the spot to be at! The dressing is so delicious. I was introduced to this place by my honey . He kept saying their spicy chicken bowl was so good and I was like sure . When you walk in it looks a little outdated but do not worry about that because the food speaks for itself. I have tried their sushi in the past and I think it tastes pretty average but there are still plenty of rolls for me to try until i find one to my liking. If you are passing by through West Sac area , stop by and try them.You will not be disappointed.

I’m a frequent client to this place for years and today I had the worst service, I always get my CA roll with cucumber instead of avocado and every time I ask for it they will make it, but today the front counter lady said they don’t do that. And when I got home I noticed that my sushi wasn’t deep fried, I’ve never had ask for deep fried before so I thought it was usually deep fried but the lady didn’t ask me either if I wanted it deep fried
