Visiting from out of state… looking for that small town old school dinner feel…we we’re surprised that a place that closes in the afternoon doesn’t serve breakfast all day but the waitress was able to sweet talk the cook 🙂 unfortunately they were out of gravy which was the reason we went but we made due. The pancakes we’re delicious and served with warm syrup! The hash browns we’re leftover from the morning rush I believe and were inedible. My sister ordered chicken tenders and tater tots- the chicken was overcooked but the tots were great. Service was good but I’m afraid it’s a one time visit for us… between the fact they don’t take credit cards and you can’t flush the toilet paper it was a bit of a disappointment

Great for a small town restaurant. It doesn’t have as many cooks or big kitchens some other places have. But, they create good home cooked and restaurant style meals! And it’s not ridiculously priced. They’re omelettes are phenomenal! And you can’t go wrong with their country type choices. It’s certainly an enjoyable place! Also, the new owners cleaned up the place well, and it no longer smells like smoke! Which is good!

Were going to try them earlier this week. We are fairly new to the area. We stopped by around 12 noon on a day they were supposed to be open. This is from their Facebook site AND the sign on their door. It was not open. So I gave them 1 star…

If your going to or going by you must stop in and eat at the old bus station in Osceola mo. It’s the greatest. The waitress was the very best and so friendly. If I could I would rate it a 10 star
