Love Customer Service
My boyfriend and i found this amazing restaurant through a Groupon deal 10 dollars for 20 dollars worth of food. When we arrived there was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. Chef Brandy, yes a chef, served up decedent non greasy shrimp, whiting, catfish and best of all I had the Best Mac and Cheese and Seafood rice in my life. All were nicely fried but u have the option of getting it broiled. The crab legs were the best because the were seasoned inside the shell. The staff was super friendly!

Really good crab legs! The flavor was amazing…reminded me of Louisiana. My favorite was the shrimp and yellow rice. Seriously OMG. Will be back and will share.

Excitement faded very fast! Word of advice, if you are running out of items for the low country boil be courteous enough to tell your customer. If a 30 minute wait is going to turn into an hour and 15 minutes update the customer. I feel cheated out of $40. The Groupon was $25 for $40 worth of food and I felt that it would be good to spend extra in addition to the Groupon (bad idea) . The whiting fish was greasy and the portion was skimpy for $15.99. The low country boil didn’t even have an entire potato included let alone the two that was on the menu. I was given one corn on the cob but was supposed to have two and was told they were out of corn. Well you must have been out of potatoes too. I gave the crab legs to my daughter and the was shrimp not worth eating all 8 of them. $18.99 for what I have no clue. The only light at the end of the tunnel was the oyster po boy$15.99 and it was ok not great. I like patronizing new businesses especially those of black people but this is where it goes left. The money was not an issue but the quality of the food and service needs work. This was on Saturday evening and the wait would not have been a problem if the food made up for it. Sad to say if I had not checked the boxes I would not have known the low country boil was low on potatoes and corn. I was offered rice that I took but it didn’t suffice in place of the missing potatoes and corn. The fries were greasy too. You guys have work to do! Very unsatisfied and I’m sure there is no recourse but it’s fine…a valuable lesson learned.

Oh my good Lord the food is soooooooo good! The owner, Brandie is super nice and comes around to make sure everything is alright. Very personable and cool. But the food…..maaaaaaaaan! My mom, who is very southern and a very picky eater, truly enjoyed her food. We will definitely be back!
