My sister and I stayed in Rifle and and was looking for a breakfast spot and found this place online and gave it a try. I was not disappointed the food and service was very good. Then we headed over to Glenwood Springs to go soak for the day. I will definitely be returning to this place when I’m looking for a home cooked meal.

Ordered through door dash. Missing food and what we did get was wrong. I called and talked to the manager, she said I was lying when I said I ordered the ghost burger but got the ghost omelet. Door dash clearly shows I ordered the ghost burger. I did get loud with her after she was accusing me of lying. I asked for the food to be corrected and redelivered and she said I needed to pick it up. If I wanted to pick up my order, I would have done that in the first place. At the end of the phone call she said she would have the food delivered. An hour and a half later I am writing this review because I still haven’t received my corrected order or a refund. I spent over $70 and two of the 4 of us didn’t get to eat with the rest of the family. Their customer service sucks and I will be reporting them to BBB if I don’t get my refund.

We live in AZ and often commute to our condo in Steamboat Springs, CO. Order Up restaurant is our favorite stop coming and going through Rifle. The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. There are clean restrooms too. It is convenient, just off the highway.

Great and friendly service. Clean bathrooms. Enjoyed dining in their booth in front of one their TVs. They were showing the Amazing Spider-Man movie, which kept the kids quiet and entertained . Everything we had was good. Christian songs in the background. No complaints.
