We’ve been coming to this coffee stand for over a year now, but the last few times I’ve got coffee they’ve been disgusting. The baristas don’t listen when I’ve asked for less syrup and there’s probably only one batista left there that actually makes drinks right. Wait 20 minutes in line, to get an undrinkable coffee cause they added way to much flavoring to my mocha. Always the past 4 days we’ve went, getting the SAME exact order, I’ve been charged 3 different prices. Then today I get one less syrup, and somehow my total is .50 cents more. Ridiculous and definately not how to keep customers in this economy. I’ve kept coming back hoping for the experiences I received last year, it’s just not happening for me. Something needs to change here.

I come here regularly, since I live close by.. I know the gals and I’m pretty sure they know me. Today I stopped by before work (as usual) to get my drink and a bagel. I didn’t see the bagel until I got to my work place, and SURPRISE SURPRISE, this is what they gave me. If the gals ran out of cream cheese it would be nice of them to let me know and not sell me a bagel with barely anything on it. Very disappointing and now I have no breakfast for a 5+ hour shift, thanks!

My husband loves the heaven in a cup from here so when he asked me to bring him a drink I drove from my work place (on 4th Avenue) to here (80th) on my lunch just to get it. I have no regrets but customer service could have been a little better. The person who helped me was nice and quick but said three words to me while carrying on a conversation with the person in the other window on the other side while I was waiting.

I have been here numerous times, dont ever ask if i want to tip! a tip is optional, you get paid an hourly wage, coffee is not a cheap treat due to your hourly wage. if i want to tip its because you went above and beyond service expectations, you know if you have done this, so dont ask let it be offered
