Overpriced and below average food quality as an Italian restaurant. 45 bucks for a “special” halibut, which tasted like it is microwaved from a freezer and the plate filled with sauce so the whole plate looks like a soup. Pizzas are definitely not like in Italy but more like from Safeway, while still the price is much more than the average. Bruschetta entree was pretty good though and service ok.

We found Palermo by chance on a holiday when all the other restaurants were closed and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff, the wine list, and the food was authentically Italian; and everything we ordered was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Los Gatos.

The food was exceptional! If you crave bread, try this restaurant. The service was spectacular and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Amazing experience from the wine to the appetizer to the lobster and crab ravioli!
