I guess it’s the shift leader I came there to get dinner for Sunday and a young lady took the time to get the workers to give her more food or fresh food but there’s only a little food left in the bowl so she had them to fix additional food at the same dish and I thought that was awesome not just for me before everyone that ordered from that dish we all waited patiently it didn’t take nothing but minutes before she was ready to fill out orders she was awesome I didn’t get her name

We ordered medium drinks but they were out of lids. I don’t know if this is normal but they didn’t have any knives either. The chicken was served in really long thick slices so we couldn’t eat it. We tried to tear it up using two forks but that didn’t work. We had to throw most of it away and left hungry. That said, the employees were very friendly despite it being really busy.

The walnut shrimp and spicy shrimp with rice with a side of teriyaki sauce and chili sauce is my usual dish… this location is always on point with speed and quality food… I always leave satisfied.. also love the fact that actual Asians work at this location… all the locations that don’t have Asians in the kitchen …. the quality sucks…

Horrible experience! My husband got extreme food poisoning. I believe it was the beef and broccoli. The cleanliness of the restaurant was awful as well. A gentleman emptied the garbage can which was located right next to our booth. He left a puddle of garbage juice on the floor followed by a trail across the whole restaurant. We had to bring it to their attention as we were leaving. We will never eat at Panda Express again.

I’ve loved Panda Express for a long time but recent visits have been a bad experience. The egg rolls and spring rolls used to have fresh crunchy ingredients but now they taste like deep fried mush. I love fried rice but Panda’s is always dry now like it has been sitting and reheated. Half of the staff makes it obvious they don’t want to be there. I don’t understand what happened. Very sad.

Ordered mushroom chicken with rice and noodles on line got my order literally 2 pieces of chicken and the rest mushrooms in my meal. Called and spoke to nunu and she said come to the store and swap it out or next time she will give me a small scoop of chicken!! Lol wow 30 dollars for 2 meals and I get screwed and offer me a small scoop of chicken.
