I ordered black pepper steak with sweet fire chicken breast with rice2x and a chicken egg roll I ordered online to save time with my short work lunch. I got back had broccoli and sweet chicken and chow? Call back to get a replace order sent to me or a refund immediately, guy advised there’s no manager who can process a refund which would explain why you guys are making simple mistakes. You guys are bums and are failing your manager on her day off. If one of you excelled at your job you might get a promotion and give her some more off days. I will follow up tomorrow since that’s when the only manager at the location will be working.

It seems odd to review Panda but this is by far the best one in STL and needs recognition. In a tipping culture, this location is one you WANT to tip (but can’t). The service is always outstanding and the food is always hot and delicious. Always, always pleased with the sunset hills location in particular! Highly recommend!

FRESH FOOD!! Finally a Panda that has fresh food no matter the choice! Only thing that was not good (besides the usual..rice) was the fact they still will not sample – took a gamble on the Fire Shrimp and was fantastic, shrimp were big and FRESH, not over cooked..will be back for sure

Tried to get food 40 min before they closed and they refused to make honey walnut shrimp and made up a lie saying that people were stealing food and that’s why they stop making food so early before they close. Then when we tried to get the guys name they refused to give it. Terrible customer service. If you don’t want business and money then why are you even open. Just close up shop if cooking food is too hard for your fast food restaurant.

The service at this Panda Express is excellent. Jarod was patient as we asked questions and made our order. Lewis did a terrific job cleaning the tables and floors. Both of these men went beyond my expectations. The food was tasty, too!

Online order was supposed to be ready at 6:21pm. Arrived right on time and they did not have my order ready. They did not even print out my order from the computer until I arrived at 6:21pm. I asked employee John about a problem from a previous order and right away he was very rude with his response and answered my question very unprofessionally. I then had to wait longer because they had to make Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli. I received my order 20 minutes late with no mention of an apology. I asked to speak to the manager and she was more rude than John. She walked away and refused to even speak with me. To make matters worse, I brought the food home and it was all over cooked, burnt, and tasted horrible. If I was at a restaurant, I would have sent the food back and walked out. What a waste of $50!!!. I hope this location makes some serious changes regarding training. If not, I don’t know how this location will make it. Also, there is no pickup shelf at this location like the other locations meaning you have to flag down an employee for a pickup because they don’t greet you when you walk in.

Just got my orange chicken and lo mein and the orange chicken was decent. But on the other hand my drink was flat and all 3 of the meal we got the lo mein smelled burnt? Many little black chard pieces and just smells like it was in the microwave to long. Couldn’t eat without smelling it 1/10

My daughter and I just stopped in for dinner carry out. On the way out, she tripped and fell on the curb. The nicest woman came out to make sure she was ok and offered to remake all of our food. Most of the dishes were ok, except for one dish that was jumbled up in the fall and the crab Rangoon that had fallen out of the bag. She could have just ignored us, but she went out of her way to check on my daughter and take care of us. All the food was really good and fresh, too! Thank you so much for making our day a little brighter by showing kindness!

This place sucks,on a Friday night they had 4 workers for a packed lobby and dining room.I placed my order online and picked it up but had to wait almost a half an hour after it was supposed to be ready.The Manager was frantically running around trying to get orders out.I felt a little bad for them being understaffed but I expect good quality food especially if I gotta wait that long for it and that wasn’t the case.Quality of food was cold,unacceptable, and so was the wait!
