This is what it looked like when i opened the box. Where is the Chow mein I only got veggies here. I ordered 2 plates and the other one was perfectly fine but this one isn’t acceptable nor edible. I got it thru Uber eats. So can’t really go there myself either to get it fixed.

if you’re going to stay open until 10 o’clock, it might be a good idea not to always run out of half of your menu items by 9:15 every night. other locations seem to be better managed than this one.

They seem to have issues replenishing the food. We usually get teriyaki bowls and they always seem to be out of it. They then want us to wait 20 minutes to make more. Correct me if I’m wrong, I’ve seen other Panda Express restaurants call out when they’re low on a certain item. I always see those other locations working on more food. The people at the drive thru lack listening, customer service, and communication skills. Sometimes, their lobby is closed, even during lunch. There’s no explanation as to why they close the lobby. We love Panda Express, but this location needs revamping of staff.

Horrible service! I asked for beef and broccoli but leave out the beef, only give me broccoli and the young B**** had the nerves to get smart.. I walked out!! I’ll get better service some where else. They should’ve been glad to give me only broccoli!

So I was in the drive thru, in which I was asked if I was ready and I said give me a second please. Like you do in drive thru. Either way. Shortly after like literally soon after, a girl comes on like how can I help you. So I said can you give me a sec please. Because I still wasn’t ready. MIND YOU there was no one in front of me nor behind me, I was the only one in line. So I figured out what I wanted shortly after and I asked her for a simple request, and she was so rude. Literally snobby, impatient, and a fed-up attitude. If you work fast food and especially the drive thru line give people grace or quit. I ended up not eating here and was just overall disappointed in the establishment all together. 0/10 recommend.
