If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has gone downhill. A few years ago it was great. But now the food is absolutely horrible. The black pepper beef and vegetables tasted sour in my recent order. If I wasn’t too tired to go back I would and ask for a refund. Instead the food is in the trash. They also are always out of food. This franchise needs to have it’s licensed revoked! Shame on the ownership.

Ordered the family pack. The fried rice was normal, chowmein tasted pretty good, entree of orange chicken never disappoints, while the new crispy chilli shrimp had very nice flavor. However, the Beijing beef as always is outburst of taste, its the best recipe panda express has, and this store doesn’t disappoint either!

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I’ve been trying to contact customer service and called the store yet no one answered I even submitted a complaint online with them and yet no contact whatsoever. I legit ordered some food for my husband my daughter and I. My daughter was asleep so she didn’t eat right away when the food got here. Me and my husband decided to eat first and then feed her once she woke up. Our plates had everything and Once my daughter woke up I told my husband to get me her food. He comes back and asked me what I had ordered for my daughter and I said Fried rice with teriyaki chicken (sub) and he saids they only gave her fried rice. I was so upset because my daughter loves panda and for her not being able to get her food completely was upsetting. I’ve been trying to reach out to corporate and the store yet no one seems to wanna take a call. This is not my first bad experience with this store and I have a feeling it won’t be the last.

I love the delicious plates served in this place. Always fresh vegetables and meat. My favorites are Chow Mein, broccoli and beef, and Kung paw chicken. I think that is how it is spelled

Food tasted good but portions keep getting smaller and smaller as the price gets bigger. My 5 yo wasn’t full after two servings of mushroom chicken which had more zucchini than meat in it and though he likes meat, he doesn’t eat that much. My kung pao chicken serving was a joke. The little box that I paid an extra $5 for, was only half way full and barely had meat. When I walked up and asked about it, I was told sorry but we put one scoop in and that’s it. When I went to buy more mushroom chicken for my child and hinted that the servings are small even for a child, the girl said “Yeah, I like to eat a lot too” as if saying my child eats too much. Like how dare we come to Panda Express to actually eat food! What nerve we have to actually expect to leave satisfied by our meal!!

The worst Panda Express in all America…they never have anything and the cooks are lazy, I come for lunch and my platter looks like a $3 meal…we come for dinner they see that it is 7:30 and they refuse to make anymore mushroom chicken, almond shrimp smh. GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE get rid of all these 1st & 2nd shift bums!!!!!!!!

Inconsistent servings had a lengthy wait for service with no one in front of us. Noodles had no flavor and dry. Orange chicken was very good .

Good place, always clean, and friendly staff. They are quick to get your order to you, just wish they would get the portions of meat to rice correct. I have more rice than meat and it makes me feel like I’m over paying. Other locations I’ve been to, I don’t have this issue.

The portions are so small that my 5 year old asked for more after eating 2 entries (and he doesn’t eat a lot). The 3rd entrie in a little box was half full. After asking them about it, the girl said that this is the portions they serve.

Don’t go to this panda express, really bad Costumer services and for some reason they thought it will be a good idea to make their Beijing beef extra spicy and on my broccoli beef it was only broccoli .
