They were pretty quick on getting the order delivered! The food wasn’t even warm! The chow mein was cold, and extremely dry, and with a little to no flavor! The broccoli was so tough. You had to have a sharp knife to cut it, and it was cold! the eggrolls would’ve been good maybe yes they would’ve been warm or hot! And my main entrée, which was the orange chicken wasn’t even in the bag! I called panda express and they said that they weren’t responsible that the delivery person was supposed to check to make sure the order was complete and that I would have to get a hold of DoorDash! I called DoorDash and all they were willing to do was refund some of my money! If I could give them a zero, I would! I have deleted my membership and will never do business with this place again! Just thought I should let you know my experience, and that I would not recommend them to anything or anyone!

For starters I walk in and was not greeted appropriately. Ladies looked like they were working a rush when I was the only one in line. Second of all the language barrier was definitely a concern from their employees. When I hit the road took a bite of the Rangoon and it was super cold. The orange chicken had the appearance that it had been sitting there and was also really cold (why would they serve this). Literally had my fried rice scraped off the pan and still tasted as it was not yet cooked. Called to let the manager Ailene know and definitely can see why the language barrier was there. This establishment clearly lacks the English speaking employees starting with management. Would definitely not go here again or even Panda at that matter.

Love their food, trying to order via their app is a nightmare. I can never check out if I’m logged in. I always have to order as a guest, otherwise the checkout page is just white and “loading” for hours, even with reloading it never does. Sometimes won’t let me add egg rolls or wonton. Exercise in frustration.

I went there to give myself a break from cooking and sit and eat with my kids. I was waiting for a extended amount of time all while new customers received what I had been waiting on. I asked for a refund Maykala refused and would not give me refund back. She refused to show the the policy. Also tried to sell teas higher that where not as advertised. Needs new management.

Upper managment needs to step in and check the food quality standards at this Cedar Hill location. Just had a door dash order. Jesus. The quality of the food is so poor. Old chow mein, anemic vegetables, bland shrimp, mediocre kung pao. I’ve been to other Panda’s in Austin and the food is amazing. Go to a different Panda or stick to Moon Wok here.
