I ordered through doordash I got rice that is not cooked and salty. Rice tastes really bad. So the fun part is they sell you uncooked rice and salty and still don’t want to refund you. I am paying for this I should receive better quality food than this. We trust you, it’s your job to serve us better, we pay and you have to give us a good quality of food not the bottom of the pot.

The food wasn’t even cooked properly. The wonton were still soft, super oily, and cold. The orange chicken was not warm at all and soft. It had a bone in the center of the piece too. I’m not eating at panda again. I am glad my toddler didn’t choke one this piece. It’s like this everywhere in this city…

I nice change of pace from other fast food joints. I happened to be passing Panda Express and decided to surprise my wife by bringing us lunch. She was excited to be getting something other than burgers, and we enjoyed the meal tremendously. Everything was good and still warm when I got home. It was enough to share the meals so we had a good meal. I am going to make this a regular stop when we want something we can just sit and enjoy a good meal together. Food was as good as I remembered.

First of all, when did the cooks get to have the luxury of having facial hair(the men of course) while cooking, and servers, serving, for that matter!! It’s disgusting! Cooks should be clean shaven, and same for servers! Gos for the women too, they should have their hair up and outta the way! What happened to the rules and regulations of the Food handlers Permit! No one abides by it anymore!

I have ordered delivery several times from the Panda Express in Surprise, always great food, but every single time I’ve ordered delivery I ask for sweet and sour sauce because it’s my favorite with all the dishes, My daughter is a waitress & I know how important it is to tip, I tip 20% every time, but not once has any order been right, not once have i gotten the sweet and sour sauce, no napkins ect…it’s boldly printed on the receipt, so why is it getting missed every time?? Makes me so frustrated when I tip, but I’m not getting the simple things I’m asking for. Please take 2 extra seconds to make sure people have what they asked for. Food is always amazing, just do better at delivery please.

Horrible customer service. The chick working the counter was rude and snobby. Took minutes for you to be recognized to pick up an online order. Placed my order an hour in advance for pick up at a specific time and they couldn’t even manage to deliver still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Whats the point of ordering ahead? Need better help super disappointed
