Basic but excellent slice of pizza. Not quite as good as Pizzeria Regina / Polcari’s but solidly ahead of Santarpio’s. Also Papa Gino’s is more family and budget friendly than the others. And they also have a wide selection of cold and grilled sandwiches to choose from. Carpet and furniture could really use an update but otherwise comfortable.

Saugus location should be closed and renovated. Rugs are old, soiled. Tables are outdated. Mouse trap was stuck under booth seat. Please update your restaurant and exterminate. Will not visit until problems are resolved.

I love this place. The pizza is on point every time! The food is food is always fresh and the store is always clean. The G.M. Corine M. Leads a great crew. Unfortunately, Papa Gino’s restaurants seem to be disappearing… but I’m glad this one in Saugus is still here!!!

Ordered 4 pizzas, chicken tenders, and a large fry. Receievd a tender basket instead of my individual orders. Asked, and they said that’s a large fry just with tenders in the same box. I’ve gotten this Order before and it came very different. So to save money get a basket of tenders or you will be out 8 bucks.

i am honestly a very picky person when it comes to food, ESPECIALLY the ‘ZA(pizza)!!! and its like no matter what order i place here they always exceed expectations with it. MY FAVORITE PIZZA IS THE BUFFALO CHICKEN MAC N CHEESE PIZZA HANDS DOWN EXTRA CRISPY ON THE BOTTOM IS THE WAY TO MY HEART!!!! Shout OUTS to Corrine!! Bathrooms are covered in graffiti, service is very good but i don’t know if there’s a new cook or not but the food has declined seriously, under or over cooked pizza, burnt meat and also missing food order notes.
