I am usually very happy with my order but this week I ordered the BBQ chicken bacon papadia and the works pizza and other stuff. My papadia had no BBQ sauce or bacon on it at all. Just chicken and cheese. Luckily I got some bbq dipping sauce and could add that to it. The pizza only had toppings in the center of the pizza. They literally looked like they were just dumped in the center before cooking. I know places get busy but the employees need to slow down enough to make the items correctly. I am not looking for anything but just wanted to make management aware of this for future orders. We all have a bad day now and then. As I said before I am usually very happy with my orders. Same mistake was made more than once even after bringing it to their attention for this specific order. They wanted to issue me a credit when I won’t use since now on I’ll be supporting local rather than chain so asked for my delivery fee to be returned at least since now the food we DID have would be cold and I had to run to the store myself after paying delivery fee and tipping. I Was told they couldn’t do that and wouldn’t send someone else out.

Extremely rude young people who have ZERO respect for the other business in the complex. I was parked in by a delivery truck while visiting another shop in the complex. When I asked them to have the truck moved I was treated with extreme disrespect. On top of that, the shop was filthy, including several dead cockroaches visible. THANKFULLY I did not get food from them.

My son went here last night guy with red shirt refused to serve him which I don’t know why we had to go to domino’s in gettysburg. PA which where nice to my son and treated him good The pizza was delicious and good at Domino’s in Gettysburg PA I highly recommend this location to anyone best kind people working here and delicious food at Domino’s in Gettysburg PA

Do not be fooled (like I was), this special.os not for a pepperoni pizza! The advertisement SAYS epic pepperoni stuffed crust and the picture SHOWS a pepperoni pizza but, in fact, it is a cheese pizza that has cheese and pepperoni in the crust ONLY. When I called I was only told “Oh yeah, I’m sorry about that” but nothing else. The pizza is not horrible but the FALSE advertising is terrible. If you want a pepperoni pizza with pepperoni in the crust, Make. Sure. To. Add. Pepperoni. As. An. EXTRA. Topping. I hope this helps others so they are not as surprised as I was.

Got pizza from here last night, tried their 3 cheese blend. Cheese tasted off but we thought it was just that we don’t usually get that kind. We woke up extremely sick super gross, going to spare the details. I left a comment for feedback to the store, what was their response? “Well generally when there is something wrong with one of our toppings, we get a lot more complaints. I don’t think this justifies a refund.” Awesome Mr manager, thanks for saying that my family ALL of us, kids included, getting sick by YOUR food doesn’t justify a refund just based on that we were the only ones to actually speak up and say something. Lost customers, never again will we go to this location.
