This ratchet location just needs to either close down or find new management. There is no structure. I ordered online and no where in the store is there a sign for orders placed online. There were people behind the register multi tasking so I had no idea who to speak to. I attempted to grab my own pizzas off the shelf and walked behind the counter. Nobody nothing to me. Finally after 20 minutes, I was finally acknowledged and now I know pizzas are labeled by name not order number. I noticed a few sanitation issues with pizza handlers or makers grabbing at their ear buds from their ears and then making pizzas. . I typically order from pizzas boils and I will be returning.

I made an order using the app at around 630pm, 4/7/23. It was for a zesty Italian trio pizza without bell peppers or salami, add bacon. The pizza came and was fresh, but missing pepperoni. After 15 minutes of trying to call, someone answers. They say they’ll replace my order. My order came at 805pm. The pizza was burnt. This is the second time that an issue happened. I’m not ordering from here again. I will be calling corporate.

I have ordered from here a number of times. The food is always hot and fresh. But the quality of the pizza is inconsistent. Last night, I ordered the NY style pizza, and it had very little sauce and cheese. Both my wife and I said we should have gotten a pizza from our freezer – it would have been better. Other times, it’s been good. Across the board, it’s always been a gamble at this location whether I am going to get a good pizza.

Was headed out of town so called in my order. When I arrived the order was still being made and took a bit of time before was ready so I paid quickly and left. Couple minutes down the road I checked the order and it’s completely wrong. Call the store back but they wanted me to drive all the way back and wait again for a new order. Eventually got them to issue a refund over the phone but I still have not yet seen it. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

Asked for extra cheese cus if not they give it to you like this. I ordered and paid for extra cheese and still got this …….. then I called and asked for it to be replaced and delivered to me to avoid having to make an extra trip due to their mess up but was told they don’t do that because it was a carry out order. Ok and…… you all messed up the order not me so you all should accommodate for that. Having to do this enough times you’ll tighten up and make sure orders are correct because now it’s costing you! The gentleman was nice and stated he would refund me. That wasn’t what I asked for, that wasn’t the point. I wasn’t worried about a refund just make what I ordered. Oh well, maybe next time.

This is the absolute worse Papa John’s ever. They are unprofessional and quite frankly need to be put out of business. They had not only got the pizza wrong but when my mother-in-law went back to get another one, they didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience they had caused. Customer service is beyond unacceptable and then they wonder why people don’t like them and go to other chains such as Chick Fil A. Complaints will be filled with the BBB.
