Order took over an hour and 45 minutes. Updates on the order were sporadic and nowhere near accurate. Apparently the delivery driver tried to make up for lost time by slamming all the pizzas around in the car.

Lady who was making pizzas was extremely rude to my husband. He waited 5 minutes to even be rang up and pay for our order. I get that you may have other things going on, but being rude to a customer is getting ridiculous, and this lady had an attitude about him even paying, rude from the jump. I will be telling anyone I know to avoid this location. I hate paying a corporation to make my food when they have lousy people working for them. Just ordered this terrible looking pizza, toppings are wrong and nothing but crust, manager said she doesn’t usually work at that location so that was her excuse for sending out a pitiful pizza. Driver even said it looked terrible. Third time in a row of having papa John’s let me down.

Quick late night delivery. The driver was very polite and prompt. The meal was hot and freshly made just like I ordered it. Delivery was less than 30 minutes and ordering online was simple and easy. The delivery fee is also reasonable and I was able to save over 10$ by using 2 different online coupon codes. Will be ordering again.

I suggest you stick to a pizza that Papadia is missing the meat and everything else. I know a picture is worth a thousand words that’s why I took one and I will be glad to share. Ordered 45.00 worth of food they said they were very busy it would be 77 minutes . We said OK. After 80 minutes we went outside to find our order cold sitting on the trash can. I called and complained to the Mgr. Who said call back when we’re open and we will make it hot. I called tonight and was told the manager that can ok that only works first shift. So now we can get it hot if we eat when they want us to eat I t. Customers for over 8 yrs very disappointed. Will be ordering from another pizza shop ND passing this along.

Pizza is decent sometimes, but they are inconsistent. Some times the quality is superb, other times the pizza is super thin, greasy and almost overcooked (cracker-like) crust. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, just wish they’d step up their game more often.
