Bummed about how I received my delivery. As you see below, the delivery driver didn’t care about our pizzas, or remember the complete order. There were also no tamper seal stickers on the boxes. I’ve had better experiences but the “manager” said he was too busy and didn’t apologize either.

Ordered online. Got a call and was told there were no drivers to deliver my order. Asked if i could pick it up and was told the ovens were off. Placed my order an hour before close. They charged my card twice, but we never received our order. I did get refunded, but they wasted my time.

Warm, not even hot garbage. Giant bubble took up most of my pizza. Took longer than average and the guys in the shop seemed scared to interact with us. I had to tell them when my order was ready. They just dont care here.

I called to order a delivery and the caller was very rude saying “it’s out of the way and I never tip” I have tipped every time I’ve ordered from them and I know how it is to not get tipped I work in the food industry and I know how to tip well. Even if I wasn’t tipping I still don’t think it was right for them to be completely rude to me. I’m at a school and I have classes I’m usually pulled out of class to pay them or leave my money with trusted people to pay them. So them saying “I’m never there” is completely bull. Never ordering from them again.

Wanted to give Papa Johns a try since we’ve seen so many promotions lately on television. We’re typically a “non-chain” pizza customer. Our order was simple, pepperoni and mushroom pie. We wanted a “New York” style crust but it was unavailable. That’s odd, we keep seeing it promoted. Once home, the pizza was so dry you could hardly eat it. We didn’t. Very disappointed in this pizza experience.

I called at 7:30 and ordered delivery. I was told 1 hour. By 9 still no pizza. I was told the driver had left and they got a doordash driver and they were at the store picking up the order and they were heading to me. By 10 am still no pizza i called again and again was told the driver was at the store picking up the order and was heading my way. I tried to get some clarification and the person I spoke to was rude and told me he could remake the order but it would be another 2 hour wait. I told him that I wanted my order and just wanted clarification. He gave me nothing and basically sat on the line without speaking.
