I ordered two Papadias and they were made incorrectly on 2/23/2022. I called the store to correct the order and instead of fixing the issue the manager for the night at this location proceeded to ARGUE with me that it was made correctly when I order this from Papa John’s ALL THE TIME. I asked for his name and he refused to give me that as well. I refuse to argue when I paid MY money and my order was not made correctly. I am most definitely coming tomorrow to speak with another manager and hopefully they have some sense because the one I spoke to tonight clearly doesn’t and hasn’t been trained properly when it comes to customer service or being a manager.

The food itself has always been really good. Walking in seeing a gloveless young lady with extremely long nails making pizza was bad, but watching her wipe her hands on a paper towel and take my payment then return to making pizza without so much as a proper greeting,thank you, or washing her hands sealed the never order from here again deal for me. The fact that the driver tried to take $40 for a $23 order because he thought there was only a teenager home asking for her change was the only reason I was doing carry out. Sadly staffing issues are going to cause them lots of customers.

The pizza was fine. However, I ordered online, and the system said my pizza would be delivered in 65-70 minutes, which was longer than I was willing to wait. Then I checked my email. My receipt was incorrect. So I called and spoke (presumably) to a manager. They had my order correctly im queue, and assured me that the wait was actually about 30 minutes, so I didn’t cancel. 78 minutes later, my pizza arrived. I feel I was misled to prevent me from cancelling. This is poor customer service in my estimation.

We ordered a Pizza and asked for delivery. It was delivered in a timely manner but when we bit into it, it had a horrible, bitter aftertaste. We called to complain but the manager was rude, dismissive and arrogant. He hung up on us. We kept the remaining portion of the uneaten Pizza for examination by the health department. If one is feeling lucky, then take your chances but don’t expect anything good coming your way if it’s not.
