Edit: i left my review too soon. I have a small pizza with breadsticks and its been nearly an hour…………… i live .09 miles away………….. i called to see how much longer and was told 30 more min because they dont have a driver for an order I placed at 4:08. Its 5:01. I told her nvm. That will be 1 hr 30 min wait instead of my 20-30 min wait.

I have had nothing but bad experiences for delivery from the location on 10th street so I changed to pickup an order at this location. Order was ready on time. Order was hot and tasty. The only challenge was that I was paying with cash and I sat there for almost 5 minutes while 3 different people came up that could not open the register to take my payment. They finally found the manager who was able to push something on screen so the first lady I talked to could take my money. If it wasn’t for this absurd inconvenience I would have given them 5 stars.

I ordered here earlier this month and they forgot my drink and driver said, “if I come back this way I’ll bring it with me”… I ordered again tonight and I was quoted 30 minutes for my delivery. It took over an hour. When I called the store they asked, “did nobody call you?” No I wasn’t called… if I was do you think I’d be calling you? When it did finally arrive it was like warm and just sucked. I choose papa johns over every other pizza delivery service because normally it’s great, but this store has been one terrible experience after another. I’m done trying with this store.
