We use to eat here quite a bit but not anymore because now everytime it’s disappointing. This is supposed to be the tuscan six cheese. Not the first time it looks this bad either. It gets worse and worse each time at this store now. Most of the time this was our meal for the day and some left for later. Not anymore. I can’t believe how bad the food was made and actually sent out. It takes real lack of care and neglect to make something that bad for someone else to eat.

Papa John’s is the best pizza chain pizza in my opinion, and this location is no exception. The pizza was hot, refresh, and tasty. The people were easy to work with, and helped us get a deal. However, they sold us a $12 large single topping when their sign said two toppings for $10, so only 4 stars. We could have gone in and fixed it probably but we were too hungry.

I ordered the XL 16″ 3 topping pizza (#0043), and all the ingredients were placed on the inner half of the pie. From the edge to about 3″ all around there was nothing but bread, then about the next 3″ inward, there were air bubbles with some sauce, so only about half of it had Ingredients on it. Basically I got a small pizza for the price of an XL. I had not been since before covid and will not go again.

The employee that took my order was handling cash and change then started making my pizzas without washing his hands or putting on gloves. This establishment is highly unsanitary when it comes to food this is the first and last time I come to this area for pizza.

Worst place ever. I ordered a buffalo chicken papadia and a Philly cheesesteak both without onion it always seems like the app screws up at least one of them.I called the store only to have the guy who answered try to act like I was trying to scam them. I will never order from them again and wouldn’t take food from them if they had an owner himself/herself deliver it. Little Ceasars is by far better…. update…. this is the last place I would ever order from ever. I have tried repeatedly bc they are right up the street but they can’t seem to follow simple directions in their app. The food has definitely went the cheapest route possible and quality is hurt bc of it. I am hereby boycotting and will not return.

My son & I ordered from them at least once a month prior to him leaving to go to college. We have never had a bad experience with this restaurant 99.9% of the time our orders have been delivered exactly as ordered. The employees have been very helpful fulfilling our orders. Overall the services we have experienced has always been as ordered & delivery drivers are courteous & pleasant , I would recommend this restaurant to both friends & family!
