Ordered 2 large 2-topping pizzas with cheesy breadsticks tonight for my family since I wouldn’t be home for dinner. My husband received the order, not knowing what I had ordered, and was surprised that he got just one, cheese pizza. Called the store, said they would talk to the manager and call me in 5 minutes. Waited 10 minutes and called back, they said our order would be here in less than 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by and no pizzas and now noone is answering the phone. I want my $$ back – I still haven’t gotten anything I ordered.

I ordered for pick up and my estimated time was 14-25 minutes. It took an hour to receive my order. Only one person was working, assumingely it was the manager. I inquired about my order within the 30 minute mark and told 5 minutes as my order was pending. Door dash drivers arrived frustrated as the gentleman didn’t seem to have any orders ready and didn’t seem to understand english.

Normally do pick up. The cheese sticks with or without bacon are awesome and the papadias are always good. Pizza is hit or miss and a tad on the undercooked side sometimes. Brownie dessert is pretty good also. Tonight was pretty good.

Absolute worst customer service. Pizza delivery estimated 35 minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes, the app read “delivered”. No pizza. At an hour and 30 minutes, the delivery person said “I had eight pizzas on this run, complain to the manager”. Not surprised my pizza and wings were cold. Extremely disappointed.

Save your money and time! Simply, the worst! Orders are never delivered in the promise window, manager never answers phone and employees are rude! Last order resulted in no pizza delivered and a refusal to refund my money. How hard can it be to deliver pizza within such a small radius or at least be kind to customers when you know your service standards are below par. This is why local pizza joints are so much better!

I normally enjoy Papa John’s, but for some reason this location put most of the toppings on my pizza underneath the cheese, which I thought was very odd and honestly ruined the pizza. I had gotten veggies and they were all very soggy and gross and I just don’t understand why they made it that way.
