Done take out and delivery. Last delivery was taken to wrong address and dropped off. Driver picked up the food and bought to us after that. I don’t agree with that! I give a 3 because we have had good pizza, bread, and wings. Nothing done to fix what happened other than the food picked up and redropped off.

Hands down the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. Cold, burnt, very light on toppings that are thrown right in the center of the pizza. Ranch cup was flipped upside down maybe a quarter cup of ranch in it.

Ordered delivery at 10:45, never delivered. No phone call to warn me of any issues. Apparently they close at midnight which is understandable, would have gone for pickup if I had gotten a call. Last time ordering from here.

I ordered a pizza at 12:46PM and the time to delivery was 36 minutes. After an hour I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. When I talked to the guy, he said they were busy and only had one driver. He said he would refund my order and still delivery the pizza. At 4:50, my phone said the pizza was delivered. NOT TO ME! My family was not happy. Store number 804: What a joke.

I ordered online the other day and their website stated that my order would be ready in 15-24 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes and drove there so that I’d show up at about the 24 minute mark. When I got there I was told that they were actually 1 hour and 30 minutes behind. There was someone else standing there who had been waiting for his pizza for at least half an hour and chuckled as he stated that he’d seen a number of people show up and leave. I then asked the store to cancel my order then if it was going to be that long of a wait. The guy checked the computer and let me know that my order wasn’t even showing up on the system. I understand system glitches happen but there was definitely a lack of professionalism. Apparently they only had one guy who knew how to make the pizzas so this was putting them behind, but they had a good 5-6 people on staff. I couldn’t help but think – can’t one of you learn how to make the pizzas then since you seem to need the help! Extremely disappointed by the entire experience.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, bread sticks and 2 extra garlic butters. The pizzas were not bad but far from good. The kicker was the garlic butters were upside down in the box and all the contents leaked out. I would have liked to talked to someone and rectify the situation but when I calling back, nobody answered the phone.

My 2 pizzas were lacking seasoning, and the outer crust was hard to tear and, chewy like cardboard! The chocolate chip cookie was hard as well, even after heating it up to soften it! First and probably the last time I’ll have their pizza!!
