Over the weekend I ordered ten large pizzas for my son’s birthday party. The pizzas were a variety of flavors from cheese, pepperoni, hamburger, meatball, alfredo with bacon. All 10 pizzas were demolished. Everyone loved the pizzas. At 799 per large, the price and flavor was second to none. Thanks for feeding my guests.

This was our first time ordering from this location and we were a little skeptical based on the reviews. Order was placed online and delivered within a reasonable time frame. We were pleasantly surprised that order was 100% correct and pizza looked and tasted delicious. I ordered a pizza from the Richmond location, my pizza arrived with the toppings on the side of the box not on top of the pizza. I called the store to report the condition of the pizza, the store manager offered me a free pizza that will take 1:15 minutes to arrive, I had waited 45 minutes for the 1st pizza to arrive. I requested a refund as waiting 2 hours for a pizza delivery is ridiculous, the manager told me they are not allowed to issue refunds and to contact the store owner. I am so disappointed and will never eat food from this location as this is the 3rd time my pizza arrived totally wrong. I just want my money back.

AWFUL communication! I called twice while waiting for my order to check the status as the tracker was not updating. I was told both times that my order was almost here. Turns out, my order had been delivered to my neighbor’s address and by the time they got home the boxes were covered with ants. When I called the store to request a refund (I had taken pictures and video to show both the order covered in ants as well as to show that the order was dropped off at the wrong address) they were giving me a hard time claiming that the driver had tried calling and texting my number, but I never got a call or text from them. They were trying to claim that my number was disconnected. After hanging up the phone they called my number back…the same number they were claiming was “disconnected” and asked if I wanted them to remake the order. ABSOLUTELY NOT at this point! In conclusion – don’t waste your time ordering from this location, very unprofessional!

This papa John’s has turned me off from all papa John’s locations. I ordered 2 large pizzas 4 weeks ago. Both pizzas were wrong and not what I ordered. I called and informed them. They said my next order will be free of charge. No problem I thought. Every one makes mistakes. I place an order tonight and the order was free like promised. They delivered the pizzas and this time the pizzas were correct. However, THERE’S A FLY BAKED INTO ONE OF THE PIZZAS (See the attached picture. Zoom in if you can’t see it). Yuck! I completely lost my appetite and couldn’t even eat any of the pizzas. I did not bothering calling to inform them this time because what’s the point? I just know that I will NEVER order from papa John’s again.

Terrible experience absolutely Terrible we never eat papa johns but we wanted to try the new cool ranch papadilla spent 50 dollars just to get home and order different food for family because it was just sloppy one had seasoning one didnt one had enough seasoning for all of them just horrible soggy falling apart!! Never again I will stick with dominoes!!

The other reviews seem about on par. Placed online order at 5:58 PM. Said it was 100 min wait for delivery. Called dominoes in meantime and they said it was 15 for carry out. Called papa John’s back at 6:14 PM to cancel my order. Lady on phone said your pizza is in the oven right now. Great no worries I’ll wait. Pizza arrived at my door 7:44 PM. I called at 7:23 PM to inquire again and was told it was out for delivery but the driver has many stops. Pizza wasn’t even warm I had to put in the microwave. No even worth contacting manager as it is a hassle and waste of time. I just won’t order from this location again. You lost my business.

I ordered this from papa johns for one two it took 45 minutes to come. I called to tell them that my pizza must be free stated they don’t do free pizzas nor refunds. So i ordered 2 large pizzas n cinnamon rolls when i open the box the disgust i had with it is unreal the bread is old and as u see obviously the icingis non melted i will never order from again n wanted to share how papa johns serve customers

They put pizza boxes on the floor in the parking lot . Their inconsiderate. Of their customer and the businesses around them by taking all the front parking .. delivery drivers park in the handicap parking spots . Their outside trash is disgusting . Been like that for about 2 weeks .. smh
