Horrible service. Horrible customer service and just all around bad business. Won’t spend my hard earned money at this place again. Order was delivered wrong, management failed to deal with the failure at 1st, then tried to accommodate us w/ a remake….almost 2 hrs pass before we just gave up on it.

Ordered delivery from the app. The app had a pop up stating contactless delivery was default and that I’d have to make a selection to not have contactless delivery. We wanted contactless delivery, especially considering how many places these delivery drivers stop per day. The driver refused to leave our pizza without me signing the receipt…per his managers orders. He had a mask on, but it was around his neck, not on his face. Called the store and was told that we must have ordered from another location as they didn’t have our address or phone number in their system. This location is the only one that delivers to our subdivision and their information is on my order confirmation email, which is where I went to get the phone number.

New update. I ordered again this evening. Delivery was as scheduled. Food hot!! I asked the driver for parmesan and red pepper flakes. He went to grab them and then coughed into his hand and then continued to try and get them to me with same hand.
