Second time this establishment has refused to remake an order due to a delivery drivers mistake. No refund was provided, and the managers and staff are plain rude AF. If you really want pizza from here, be prepared to wait an insane amount of time in person, and especially do not order through any apps like Uber eats or DoorDash. Horrific service for very bland pizza. That’s what I get for wanting to ho the cheaper route. Order from Pizza Hut or literally anyone else. Bad management all around. They also hate their lives.

I recently ordered a pizza and although it was correct, the entire pizza was delivered smashed into one single corner of the box. I was so tired and hungry I just accepted it and ate. After making a small remark in my satisfaction survey, I was happy to get a call directly from the store manager telling me that anyone in his store would retake the order again at no charge. It’s nice to have my neighborhood places reach out to their clients to help or fix a problem or mishap. Thanks to S.M. Aaron for his thoughtfulness and Isaac for fulfilling the second order. I would have given 5 stars but I did have to eat the original pizza that looked like the hulk is the working as a uPs deliveryman. Thanks guys.
