So, I hadn’t been here in years and decided to make an online order. When I went to pick it up, the man who rang me up was incredibly rude. I just dismissed it as he hates his life, but when I looked at my receipt, they had me as picking up an hour late when I was 15 minutes early. The pizza and salad was great, the girl making the food was kind, but the man who was the cashier was just….rude and unprofessional.

I put in a huge order for two families, and understandably when I came in around 12ish it wasn’t fully made.There was only two workers and after I came in, several other costumers with on the spot orders followed me.I was very impressed by how the gentleman and younger lady handled my order and maintained a positive attitude.I come in here often and so far no matter who is in the building, I always receive the best customer service and fresh pizza/salad I love this place!

Called the store because I wanted the Herb Cheese Blend jar with my pizza and there was No way to order a jar online to be delivered with my pizza. I spoke to the manager(female-don’t recall her name)who told me I could come in and buy one and I told her I ordered it delivered because we were sick and Papa Murphy’s needed to find a way to enable the ability to order it with your pizza. I want to say “Thank You!” to the manager who was nice enough to send a little of the cheese blend in a small condiment cup for me. She certainly had “Customer Satisfaction “ as a priority which is greatly appreciated. Also, “Thank You” for getting my order correct and Many “Thanks” to the 3rd party delivery team who were prompt on getting my pizza to me on time!

They messed up my pizza order. I had to go all the way back up to the store to get a new one because they put meat all over it and my wife can’t eat meat due to a health condition. The manager was extremely rude and arguing with me and couldn’t understand that I wanted half pepperoni on one side and half pineapple and pepper on the other. To make his job easier I finally stated just make the whole pizza pineapple and pepper. He STILL messed up the order and made only half the pizza pineapple and pepper and the other half cheese. While being rude. Don’t waste your time, just do Marcos pizza. Marcos messed up my order one time and was extremely nice and redid it perfect.

I am slightly allergic to tomatoes so I selected for those to not be on the pizza, but it was on there anyway. I was also charged extra for bacon, parmesan cheese, black olives, zesty herbs, etc. and none of that was on the pizza. For a $25 pizza, the pizza itself had very few toppings on it. This was my first time ordering Papa Murphy’s and it was a major disappointment.

Second time of not getting the right order and not getting all of the order. When I called they told me it wasn’t their fault it was the drivers. The manager also told me he didn’t get any money from the sale for 3 months and from now on if I wanted it done right I should pick it up myself. So we just spent $40 on a large meat pizza. WOW, what a way to do business Papa Murphy’s!!
