Service friendly enough and the restaurant clean, but the pizzas ordered through the app were more than 15 minutes late in being prepared beyond what the app said. When we received them they didn’t have as much cheese as normal. Need some remedial training of the employees, or more staff on a Sunday afternoon.

I stopped in for a medium pizza. The man working at the register was not friendly or helpful in answering my questions. There were 5 people working at the counter, one had his long hair pulled through the top of his visor hanging over the food. I sat waiting for 15 minutes and then asked about my pizza and it had already been made, haphazardly wrapped and no one had said it was done. Overall, service and friendliness were low. Pizza was average, but for the price we will take our business somewhere else next time.

The food is always good. When you pick up, each item has baking instructions included. I placed my order online, drove the 7 minutes from my house, and my food was ready. If you walk in, the food is prepared on the spot, and you’re in and out. Papa Murphys has text alerts for deals. They also have a rewards program. This place has never let me down.

Just called to order a couple of pizzas. Never got thru the first one because the rude young man said they were out of large original crust. Said I’d have to get thin crust. Didn’t mention family size and no discount was allowed for me to settle for thin. That’s not a big deal at all, but he was just so rude. That particular PM usually has great service, but at 6:20 when I called, I got the worst service. When I asked his name, he said “I don’t have to tell you!” Wrong answer. Needless to say, we got our pizza elsewhere. I wish managers would see this. He needs to be retrained or fired!

I’m currently sitting here listening to a worker complain in the back room. May 3rd. 6:05 pm. You have Shelby and her male co-worker, working diligently filling orders. This is pick-up take and bake only, but it is good tasting pizza. I have waited up to 24 hours to cook them on occasion, and they are still perfect. The staff is friendly and the quality of their food is good. We like to do half and half, so we make everyone happy

Food was ok. We called our order in, came to pick it up 20 minutes later and still had to wait 45 minutes for our pizzas to be made. There were 2 young adults working, it appeared there were no supervisors on duty. The staff seemed jumpy and fearful and very, very slow. Makes me think that management is implementing harsh cost control measures and the staff is fearful of management. We won’t be going back.
