Just like any business waiting for your meal is always rewarding when done right. The staff all work very hard to do their best in any and all situations. I notice new employees are now in the evening. If everyone can realize just like their own jobs that deal with customer serivce, not all are perfect or fast in what they are doing. But let’s think about this these workers here at Papa Murphy’s are here to make you a pizza in anyway u want & have signed on to do so, no problem. So the next time we go in & you see a long line & a large (maybe even a small crew) behind that counter they are there to make you a fabulous pizza to take home & enjoy with your family &/or friends. I hope that all will remember in this world we all have a job to do & I hope when the next time you go into Papa Murphy’s in our town or another town those workers will do an excellent job in making you your pizza made as ordered! Mistakes will be made but we will in the end get it right no matter how long it takes. Thank you

Evening staff are very rude. When walking in and stepping to the counter it took them over 10 minutes to finish their conversation and step up to ask, “What do you want?” When we ordered our pizza, staff rolled their eyes and sighed as if this was too much work. The entire experience took close to 45 minutes as staff was very slow. Customer service was absent, no thank yous were offered, no may I help yous. For the money my family and I will be getting precooked pizza from somewhere else so we do not have to bother the staff at Papa Murphy’s. Very disappointed as we love the pizza there.

Constant substitutions, empty shelves, coming back for product ordered that they are out of. It’s a constant problem. The person running this in the last year has screwed up so many times that I always have remind my husband they’ll be out of something. Order a pizza, cookie dough, and 2-liter of soda. Stopped down 20 minutes later. Shelves aren’t stocked, pizza wasn’t even made, no cookie dough available, and one of the two guys seemed shocked I was even standing there. Needs new owners and new management BADLY!

Workers weren’t friendly and inviting as you came in but nice once they waited on you. A lady stood at the register quite a while and was never acknowledged. She decided to get a pizza that was already made in the fridge. The price board is hard to understand. They were quick to make my pizzas.

Whenever I am in Pierre I pick up a pizza or two here. They have always been on spot with preperation, friendlyness, and keeping the space tidy. Parking space is tight and getting into and back out of the four lane can be a challenge during the rush hour.
