I have a house full of picky eaters but everybody loves there pizza. Even when we are sick of pizza there’s hits ya different. They are pretty fast to. Only complaint is the employees look like they just hate it there. They won’t smile or be friendly in any way. They do a good job making the pizzas even when stupid pizza but man so not friendly every time bit not rude either. There only a couple of hard chairs in a big empty space while you wait for your pizza to be made. So everyone just stands in a half circle looking at each other to avoid watching the miserable employees lol.

The staff all look like this is the worst place ever to work. They made me a pizza with mushrooms on it and it was clear the mushrooms were bad. They were so brown, wrinkly, some were slimy and they smelled like fish. The girl who seemed to be in charge (no name tag on) was incredibly rude and very upset that I would ask for it to be remade and let her know that this could seriously make someone sick. She slammed new mushrooms down and kept mumbling how ridiculous it was that I asked to have it remade. I even tried to be incredibly understanding as the girl that was on the register looked like she was 16 and ready to cry as soon as I walked in with the pizza. I’m not sure what’s happening at this location but all 4 girls looked like they absolutely hated being there.

It’s worse than not getting an order right, they just ignore them. Drive 30 min into town to have some garbage can stoner tell you they don’t have any record of your order. “You didn’t call the right store” show them the number. “Uhhh like whoa man. Uhh.”

I buy from all papa Murphys locations. Love them. Everytime I buy from main street in heights the taste is different, tonight had no taste. I think they forgot to season the whole pizza. One piece had great flavor on the edge. I’d rather drive to another location.
