Thank you Brandy! I ordered a pizza online and had a coupon. The coupon didn’t go through and I accidentally purchased the pizza without the coupon. I called the store immediately and spoke with Brandy. She was so nice and very helpful. We discussed options and I told her whatever worked best for her worked for me. She honored the coupon despite it being my fault for messing up the order. Things like this go a long way with me and I appreciate the great customer service! Thanks again!

I often come here Tuesday’s, for their $12 any large pizza deal and I order the garden veggie toppings but I ask for their dairy free cheese, substituted for their dairy cheese. They usually charge me $12. They have a sign that says $12 any large pizza. Today they said they they have to charge me $15 for a large pizza because of the vegan cheese, and justified it by talking about their costs to make it. You can’t advertise $12 any large pizza and charge me $15 for a large pizza.

Quality of pizza is very poor. I had ordered about 2 months ago and the pizza was delicious with a lot of toppings. The cheese then would be hanging when you picked up a piece. Today the crust tasted like cardboard and very little toppings and not much cheese at all. I purchased a Hawaiian and all meat like in the past. 38 bucks wasted. Frozen store bought was better than what we had tonight.
