If I can give no stars I would. Almost every time I have to ask for my pizza to be remade and it doesn’t matter if it’s online or over the phone orders. I ordered over the phone today and when I got the pizza home it was messed up. I called and provided the order again and brought in the receipt. They mess it up yet again. I got tired of waiting and left with the wrong pizza again. They remade it three times and cannot get it correct all three times. I may start going elsewhere for my pizzas

AGAIN WOW!!! I order a pizza from here for my son’s 10th Birthday! The pizza was made perfect! Upon entering this establishment I was met with a warm and welcome greeting. I had a question about the mini murphs. I was met with great enthusiasm and willingness to complete my order all while educated on the extra cost and ability to complete my special request. All three team members came together to ensure my needs were met with the highest quality I hold in customer service and customer care! In addition the entire store looked BRAND NEW!!! They did such a great job at cleaning the store I could see the metal shining like it was just installed. (UNHEARD OF) I have been in customer service for over 20 years and food service for over 15. My Grandfather is a Chef of 40 yrs. I am amazed at how this store was taken care of by its Team Members! Congratulations on representing the Papa Murphys Name In Every Way Nicole, Alyssa and Freddy! My hat goes of to you for your service in this industry! You should be well rewarded for your efforts!!! Thank You!!!! I WILL RETURN!!!

Always great service and nice staff. Salads are fresh. Staff is always more than willing to help. Love when the girls work. They make great pizza with perfect amount of toppings. The boys are a bit skimpy on toppings. I always have to ask them to add more. But other than that the store is clean and someone always greets you when you go in. And their always very politely accommodating.

I did a call-in order they told me 10 min. I arrived 15 min later. My simple medium pizza wasn’t even close to being started. There was 5 orders ahead of me. In the lobby was a gentleman that had made an on-line order OVER an hour prior to me arriving. He waited another 15 min after I arrived for mine. When I arrived there was an associate just standing around with one other one running the phones and register, one making pizzas. I asked the associated what the delay was she was very rude. I understand the short staff issue but don’t tell the customers a time and not follow through. We have lives and times as well. Had they told me 30 min that would have been completely fine. I would’ve managed my time differently. Instead I sat in outside in the heat after a long day of work.

This location is the best in Shasta County. The people are always friendly even when it’s a mad house. Our family is particularly fond of saucy pizzas and when we ask for extra extra sauce they get it right every time, that may seem like a given but most places never get it right. TIP* Go next door to Safeway first and buy anything at all to get a receipt because they have $3 off coupons printed on the back
