I tried the trick they suggested at the store, to roll my pizza!!! And omg it was AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!! I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese (ofc we Love cheese) and got amazing help from the staff. They went beyond making us feel welcome and answering the tons of pointless questions we had! My family orders pizza from this location every Friday for the past five years. Always great service. However, the last two times I’ve ordered online and walked in to pick up my order it hasn’t been ready. I always show up 10-15 minutes after the time they say it will be ready. Every once in a while is fine but it’s turning into every time now. I do appreciate the convenience of this shop and will return.

Good location with nice staff. Just be sure to check your pizzas before you walk out especially if they are busy. I have had two occasions where they forgot a topping, such as the sausage on my cowboy pizza. I’m not going to fault the employees as things can get hectic and mistakes happen. Just check your pizza and your experience should be fine!

Such an annoying experience and I WAS a huge lover of PM. Placed an order and upon arrival they’re doing maintenance on their store and their cash registers were unable to be used. Maybe do this after hours or before your store opens. I had to write my credit card information down after I was unable to download the app like they suggested I do for payment.

There is a ginger. She worked alone. Handled the phone, customers as well as her own friends showing up to order. I saw a lady leave with 5 pizzas, while I was there and waiting she made at least 5 more. Give that little ginger girl with the glasses a huge raise! Not only is she a hard worker but she stayed engaged with everyone waiting and had a poise and professionalism that just doesn’t exist much anymore. #gingerpride

I know the face mask mandate is changing soon… I just wish all these employees would stop touching their masks while making my food. Watched one pull his mask down 3xs just to speak to a Co worker. Maybe try speaking up, and keep your hands clean?! It’s a radical idea, but totally doable!
