Glad I stopped by! Probably the best steak torta I’ve ever had, or close to it. Great ratios of flavorful ingredients that I don’t see from a lot of restaurants. I think they toasted the bread too, which most places don’t do, and it really made a difference in flavor. It may have just been the quality of bread, or the toasting, but it held together better too, instead of falling all over the place. Will definitely be coming back for more!
