Ordered food last night from pearl. Service was extremely nice. However, once getting home and biting into a crab Rangoon, it was instantly clear that the food was bad. A second bite and even a different piece was taken and tried to still show it was bad. Not only bad but sickening. The chicken fingers were tried and also tasted like spoiled food. The spareribs were looked at and tried but also appeared to be old, rubbery, and undercooked. The entire meal for my family was tried, given a chance but shown to be spoiled on each level. 70$ worth of food was thrown in the trash and three of us felt like getting sick was the next factor after eating the food. It was extremely disappointing. Never have we had food where almost every item tasted bad . Three people mind you!

I have been ordering from Pearl Cafe Grafton restaurant for years and they have never ever disappointed me with awesome service and great tasting food, Every time I’m in Shrewsbury Massachusetts to me it’s a necessity to give them a call.

Egg rolls were really good, shredded beef with string beans in a garlic sauce, were excellent! Boneless spare ribs were alright, not much flavor could have used more sauce on them… wonton soup was really good and A small order of pork lo mein for tomorrow’s lunch….I was shocked however in my 30+ year’s of ordering Chinese food across the country that none of the dishes I ordered come with steamed white rice so that was disappointing. Price point was a little more then I expected, however I am in the north east. As a truck driver parked close by it was nice getting a delivery from the local Chinese food. FYI: the spicy mustard they packaged for use with my order is so hot it could jump start a car overall a definite 4 ⭐ I would have given five but the no rice situation and slightly flavorless spare ribs took from the overall rating. We would order from this establishment again next time we are thru here.

Over 70 dollars for truly some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The crab Rangoon tasted like straight up sour cream and nothing else, horrible. General chicken had a watery sauce that only tasted like ginger and vegetable oil? The PuPu platter tasted far closer to poopoo. Grease logged trash in a paper box. Genuinely afraid I’ll be getting horrific food poisoning. Never coming back. (It was ready on time though that was nice. 1 star for that)

The food was authentic and pretty good … the gai poo lomien did not have enough lo mien noodles and the beauty of that dish is that the chicken fingers absorb the gravy… which there was not enough of … the moo shi was good… the chicken was cut up the same size of cabbage… very good… please note … never cut up left over teriyaki for an authentic pan fried dish anyone who knows anything will know … and it’s wrong … fresh is key…. Out of 3 local your my top choice

First time order takeout in this place. Overpriced for small portions and the food is average. Chicken wings are dry and lack of flavor. It is so funny that the cashier lady told me most Chinese takeout places in MA won’t come with rice for chicken broccoli. But I know at least 3 other places in Worcester area that will come with rice and cost less. Lol

small take out shop, welcoming and friendly staff. beef lo mein here is great, possibly the best flavored one in town. chicken teriyaki sticks are flavorful and pull apart easily.

First time ordering take out, here. With that, two combination meals. Both good tasting n well prepared.. Would have given it 4 stars. They charge 1$ a piece for ur duck sauce n hot mustard, and put it in the smallest of containers.. Otherwise, I’d order there again.

You will not be disappointed. Fresh, tender and flavorful food prepared by a delightful happy family. Not a fancy dine-in experience so if that is important to you, get it to go.
