The food was excellent and very fresh and served fast. The staff was nice and friendly at the counter and register. The restaurant was new and was very clean. I had a good time with my family eating in. I definitely will return to this location to have lunch or dinner again.

Went here last night and got 2 Chicken Parm sandwiches. Mine was fine but my daughter found a 2 inch piece of bone in her’s. I am so thankful that she REALLY chews her food or that would have been a trip to the ER. I did let them know and they remade the sandwich but she just couldn’t eat it. After that they were making sure they were cutting it up really good. All I can say is beware.

Great job. Friendly staff, food came out hot and fast during a busy lunch.

The fries are usually overflowing when I order, but I guess they didn’t feel like making any so they barely filled the cup up with some old ones. I had to open up my sandwich and move what meat it had from just the center and spread it out so that I wasn’t eating just bread. I will never be back to this location again

Took my money for two medium cheesesteak subs, and then told my wife and I we had never paid.

Less meat meat on sandwich than a comparable Subway sandwich. Fries were cold. Definitely not a $10 lunch.

This is hands down the best penn station experience our family has ever had. Our food was hot, fresh, and literally looked the way it does in the pictures. The store manager and the assistant manager were very friendly, helpful, and over accommodating to our 20 month old son. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tawyna and staff

Not a good experience, avoid it if possible. I ordered a classic Italian. When I received my sandwich there were no vegetables. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, no banana peppers. What little meat there was looked like scraps. I immediately requested and received a refund. I can’t recall the last time I needed to do that. Being out of an item is understandable, but it should be noted the moment I order something, not 15 minutes later when I unwrap a quarter dressed sandwich.

Not just bad at food, bad at existing. Longest wait ever, food was seriously lacking… Our orders weren’t right but we had sat so long waiting we just said forget it and ate it anyway. For the record, the subs were horrible; hardly any meat, lack of toppings, uneven condiments (half of my sub had no mayo, hers didn’t have any condiments at all), and the fries were burnt (both hers and mine). The only thing that was actually right and in good time were the drinks, which of course we handled ourselves. Just to add insult to injury, right before we left the booth behind us got their food brought to them and first thing out of their mouths was, “we didn’t order this.” Keep in mind our total was almost 40 bucks, for lunch… Not in any alternative dimension was this a positive experience… Until this location has new management and a functional crew, just stay away from here.
