It’s too bad that Pepperonis is established in our area, because they are completely dysfunctional. No manager on a Friday night, 90-minute-late deliveries, no change of any kind, no idea of how to call in a card, crushed food, cold food. If they didn’t exist, we’d all be better off because there would be a real pizza place in Richmond. I hope they close this location or sell to a competent management company.

I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is kind, pizza is good, and always on time for pick up or delivery give a few (like 2 to 5) minutes on early or late. The coupon sold door to door was copied by a scam artist and they lost lots of money and had to take the books up and no longer accept the coupons. However, they returned a fair compromise covering the cost of the book with a small credit and a free large pizza, salad, and 4 drinks. I think that was very generous on their part and they have allowed me to take one item at a time until I use them all. Just make sure you speak to the store and not the ordering service if you are dealing with the coupon book, they will be able to assist you.
