Very chill restaurant as expected reminds me of Toronto Vietnamese restaurant’s laid-back decent portion food.

What a place! If you have NOT ever tried grilled mussels you have to try it here!! Absolutely DELICIOUS!! Saturated in a delicious sauce w/peanuts on top + lettuce surrounding I couldn’t get enough of this dish!! Also they have Happy Hour M-F 4-6pm!

I have recently been to Breckenridge for a trip. I tried the food at Pho Bay 2. They specialize in Vietnamese cuisine, their signature dish, pho, a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup.

One of my favorite restaurants in this area. Everything on the menu is good. The pho is excellent even for take out. I normally get the rare steak medium size. It’s plenty big especially if you order any appetizers. Their rice dishes are solid as well. The restaurant can get really busy especially on a Friday to Sunday. Like most restaurants around here if they are too busy they won’t do take out orders. But normally it’s not a problem I try to order early when it’s winter peak season.

Owner Denny sure knows how to cook! He said the crispy tofu with jalapeño and #garlic was a must, we took him up on it and it was SO good! Perfect crispy on the outside, with amazing overall flavor. BBQ short ribs were perfectly crispy and tender. The Com Dac Biet was out of this world. Love this restaurant’s vibe!

Combo vermicelli…So delicious! If you’re on the road, if you’re a local, I highly recommend the food here. Kids take time deciding?? Staff is very patient and flexible. We had a very nice meal and will be back.

It was nice to have a bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup when it was 5 degrees F outside. I ordered a small #18 noodles soup, it had a lot of meat and noodles and it tasted really good. I would prefer the soup is little hot, after I put the vegetables in , the soup already not hot. Overall it was good, I will come back.

Food is phenomenal, finally went there today after living here for a few years. A few years too many to not have tried this place until now. Boba is amazing, their broths are superb, their hot sauce that is on the counter with a spoon coming out of it, best sauce by far, don’t go for the bottled stuff. For me it was kind of spicy, but for others, be warned, it definitely packs a punch if you don’t enjoy spicy sauces.

As one of the few Vietnamese places in the area, it’s clear why they’re so popular to the western palate. For authenticity, the broth is cloudy and missing gather aroma and depth of a traditional pho. The wings are drenched in a saucy mess but overall decent after skiing since there’s no alternatives for hot soupy warmth.
