I come to back this place like 2 times a week and on saturday 6/19 i ordered a large bowl of pho. This place charged me money for lime, fish sauce, extra noodle but it wasn’t even noodle. i told them not to give me any jalapeño to sub for lime. They seem to be petty with their charge on condiment with 11 dollars small portion bowl of noodle and try charge 13. I will come this place less or stop coming. Good way to mess up your regular customers. The asian guy who processed order was trying to tell me that they weight the noodle by oz which is petty as well when i paid for large order with extra charge for everything and there is not much noodle or beef in it.

The best Pho spot Stateside hands down! Please go and show some love before Phubs is gone. At 6$ a cup it’s the best thing running inside the Cross St market! The young man running the show has amazing energy and a great attitude. I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve never been charged for condiments, they are free. Thank for an amazing experience everytime my friend…..

Really great food, but online ordering is almost never turned on through their website, at least in the past 3 months or so. It’s not that bad of a wait in-person, but it is kind of irritating when you’re trying to get in and out quickly, especially when the market is really busy.

Actually a very good pho. The steak had a unique smoky flavor. Wish they had hot chili oil so I could make it a little spicy. And they need bigger spoons, let’s be a little thoughtful here.
