I’ve had a few disappointing experiences here. My husband and I tried the pizza, wings and panini on separate occasions and they just were not great. Tonight’s panini was missing roasted peppers, spring mix, balsamic glaze and oil. I literally got diced up weird textured chicken, prosciutto and sub par “fresh” mozzarella slapped between what looks like focaccia bread. The customer service is generally OK, but the younger girls could use some more customer service training. I’d much rather support local businesses especially since there are so few restaurants in the area, but considering the menu is a little overpriced I’d rather not throw money away on a mediocre meal.

I’ve only ordered takeout from here but so far it’s been amazing! Good amount of food for the cost too. The one thing that was kind of annoying is the first time I got the salad, there was a way bigger dressing container. I assumed it would be the same the second time and was disappointed in it being smaller. The place seemed busy both times we picked up. They also have a Tuesday trivia night!

Food was blah. The guy that was there singing was great. Made my wait not feel as long. Had 2 pizzas and garlic knots. Pizza was way too thin crusted and the outer crust was overcooked but under the toppings it was soggy. The garlic knots were decent. Heard another customer that was talking to the people at her table that her salad didn’t taste right and had a weird smell not sure what salad she got. Also a guy brought back his wings as they were undercooked.

Had the gluten free crust. Not bad. Too many olives tho and way too much cheese. But overall it was a good experience and everyone was really nice. Just would love for employees to be trained better to handle people with dietary restrictions like celiacs etc…

Our family loves Pi Local pizza! The kids are picky when it comes to pizza and this is their favorite so far. Our adult favorite is their white pizza. Cute place. Can get really crowded. Everyone likes their pizza different but this one is definitely worth a try.

Pi Local CAME THROUGH for our special day! My daughter turned two and we ordered 6 pizzas. Not only did we get a great deal since we got so many, but when they accidentally swapped our two pepperonis for two cheeses, they happily replaced them and refused to let me pay for the extras when I went by later.

So came back for dinner to see if we could get a different cook and see if our first meal here was just a fluke,(it wasn’t) food has a good taste but the toppings are way under cook , the wings are baked style and would also be better if cooked longer, it’s a very nice atmosphere but the food (cooking)need to be changed a bit , for what all the dollars your going to be spending here the food need to be cooked better, it’s out in the middle of nowhere land and maybe it’s gets over looked because of the lack of options but I’ll be spending my money a little closer to home in the land of fully cooked food . You’ve been warned!!

My buddy at work told me the chicken wings are really good now so thought I would give the restaurant another try. We arrived on a Saturday at 6pm. We were the only customers eating in and I understand why. The music was so load and the banging of metal from the kitchen prevented us from having a conversation. However, many folks seemed to like their pickup orders as we saw many come.

We went to Pi Local when visiting the area. The pizza was so good, we drove an hour several more times just to have it. The other food we had was also excellent. We love Pepe’s Pizza in New Haven, CT and this definitely was in that class. Didn’t take a picture of the pizza but, this panini was AMAZING!!! Looking forward to visiting again just for the pizza!
