I went to Piada today for lunch for a salad and a carbonara pasta. When I first walked in I noticed how neat and clean the restaurant was. They were super busy. I was immediately greeted by the entire staff. There was this little tiny lady named Chanel that was so helpful and patient with me (I was know my indecisiveness was annoying) . The service was fast. She knew the menu and prices without looking. The food was great! I’ve been to other piadas where the salad ingredients weren’t the freshest but this location was on point. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Mediterranean Piada with chicken, was good! Added avocado to the wrap. The CYO Mac &cheese seems over priced! I got Mac & cheese for the kids, with chicken meat added. Well they didn’t seem to like it.

Chef chanele was so polite and helpful.Trinity was very patient and sweet with helping my 76 year old mom. The cashier daijah was the icing on the cake all around energetic and also very polite with assisting us with knowing the drinks you off for for time guest and even told us thank you for dining with us. I just want to say these three lady’s over all has the best customer service I have seen at a restaurant lately. We will be back just because of them.

Piada is great! They normally have a deal/discount going on. You can build your own entree (sort of like Chipolte or Subway) or order one off the menu. I really like their pesto pasta! Staff is always very nice.

Amazing location, as of my current third quarter 2022 visit to purchase a meal/dinner from this location, great staff who are actually very professional and don’t have the “I hate working today, I can’t wait to get off” disposition that you sometimes may encounter from staff at certain other places which translates into everything they’re doing while at work.

Piada ia gold. Always. Food is amazing and fresh. Service is always smiling and helpful. I’ve never been disappointed and I always have food leftover. I highly recommend a create your own piada with crispy chicken, spicy ranch, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, pickled red onion, cheese, and avocado.

The most horrible visit I have ever witnessed the only person that seems to know what they are doing is the girl with the short cut. The other girl has a really bad attitude I don’t even understand how she got hired her customer service is horrible on top of the cashier doesn’t pay attention its like do she even know how to do her job the dining room was filthy and the tables was dirty and trash full. The guy manager also seems to not have a care in the world or just must be all over the place. Everyone just need to be fired. Thank you to the one with the short hair if it wasn’t for her I would’ve walked out I think her name is daffy

More grace needs to be given to fast food employees. Staff was working extremely hard tonight. They were understaffed, taking online orders, drive thru orders and many people came in the dining room. Food was good and I appreciated their hustle. To the guy in front of me who kept whining about more mushrooms after he had basically every vegetable and food was piled high on his bowl, stop being greedy and move out the way, they were doing the best they could.
