Everything in my order was wrong on some level. Paid extra for pepperoni lovers, only two pepperoni on each slice. Each cheese sticks box had no marinara and one box had TWO PIECES MISSING. My regular breadsticks had no seasoning or Parmesan on top. Cinnamon sticks were undercooked and raw. I bought an extra Parmesan shaker from them and it did not arrive. tried to call to fix the issue and they hung up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They don’t fulfill online order as ordered, requested, don’t acknowledge online special instructions included w/order, and as paid for, i.e. they prepare the order as the staff wishes and disregard the customer wishes. They don’t cut breadsticks and you have to cut your pizza slices again when you get home to pull them apart completely because they’re not fully cut. Lazy and slack hands. If you order 2 orders of breadsticks they give you 1 loaf of flatten bread in 1 box uncut with 2 small condiment containers w/lids that contains marinara sauce the size of an adult’s thumb that can fit perfectly inside the condiment container. That was my experience on 7/22/23. You may catch them on a not so lazy & slack day.

If you wonder why your pizza is cold or taking too long to get delivered to you, you can thank the drivers who either don’t show up at all or take their time doing orders. If you are cool with a location like this that has mold everywhere in the kitchen and the freezer then this is the place for you. If you wonder why your cheese/bread sticks are cold or look like they have been sitting in the heater oven it’s because they have been sitting in the heater oven. Most orders don’t get fresh cheese/bread sticks.

Really no stars! My food was cold! I kept calling to talk to store and kept getting the call center who told me they couldn’t do anything for me. When the store finally picked up the phone they hung it up! My food was over an hour late AND COLD! Not to mention the driver wouldn’t get out because it was too late but had her boyfriend riding with her. So in the middle of the night while rocking my newborn to sleep, i had to go get my food that was TRASH!

We ordered two three meat pizzas delivered. The pizza was cold and like cardboard. It was supposed to be hand tossed pizza but it was almost like a thin crust. Who ever put the toppings on was very stingy. It was almost like a one topping. Overall a bad experience.

Got our order all wrong, picked it up and when I got home to feed my family pizzas were wrong n burnt, chicken was not the right sause, what was I gonna do, go all the why back and wait another 45 to 50 minutes again,,, I do know yeahhh I should of looked at it all before I left, it’s my bad I guess,,, I sure know better if there’s ever a next time, so check ya order before ya leave

Horrible experience! I paid $46 for a lg specialty pizza, 2 Liter soda and cheese sticks. It was at the end of the night. My order was delivered by DoorDash although I ordered directly from the merchant and all I received was my pizza did not get my other items. I called the Pizza Hut number twice. The first person hung up on me and the second person put me on a never ending hold. This is the worst Pizza Hut ever and worst customer experience ever!

Haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in a while and I am highly upset and disappointed with the service. The food was cold when the door dasher handed me my food. I did not receive all of my food. I wanted my money back because i did not receive all of my food. I asked the DoorDasher to take the food back and get the rest and he refused. However, he did give me my tip back. I kept calling the store to resolve this issue and kept getting the customer service center because the store wouldn’t answer the phone. I spent 28.95 for a personal pan 8 boneless wings (missing item 8.99) and some breadsticks. I will not be ordering from Arcadia Lakes of Columbia, SC ever again 6432 Two Notch Rd., Columbia, SC 29223. Pizza Hut prices are too high for slack food, slack customer service, and slack doordashers. Do better!

Great food. Lousy service. I have ordered twice here both times I have dealt with a very rude man. On the phone he was clipped and short with me. The next time I ordered online to avoid him. When picking up pizza he said, rudely, no pizza here for you. Didn’t want to look for it. When it was pointed out to him it was in the warming oven he just handed and grunted. Verybadcustomer service
