I ordered 1 large pan one side pep other side cheese upon my arrival I was giving two medium pizzas and told they were out of large pizzas I wasn’t notified or anything this wasn’t my order then I get it and this is what they gave me they wouldn’t eat this so why give it to ppl who have to pay for it it was several ppl in the kitchen including a manager I’ll never go to this Pizza Hut again. The crust is burnt like I’m very disappointed the lady manager she’s a short white lady she was in the kitchen but instead of making sure our orders was correct she was busy worried about a worker sitting out back w the door halfway open w AirPods in her ear she’s always rude big ups to the young lady up front ik she catches a lot of the backlash. 1.0/5

If I could rate this place with a negative star it still would not reflect my unpleasant experience at this place. I would highly suggest that you NEVER pay for your pizza upfront. I did, and then when my pizza came out looking like a 3rd grade project, I was told that not only will they not make it over, because they were getting ready to close, I was told that they don’t do refunds and that they only provide a store credit. Lets be clear, if that’s your policy, then it needs to be posted inside your establishment and maybe you shouldn’t allow people to pay for their pizza until they look at it. Thoroughly disappointed and I have no plans of EVER going back. Oh and trying to reach a “manager” to discuss my displeasure, was harder than Dorothy trying to talk to the Wizard of Oz.

Buyer beware! I ordered 3 items and every single one was messed up. The pizza was literally falling apart. The crust was not even attached on 90% of the pizza. The pasta had probably a third of the sauce necessary to keep the noodles from being dry, burnt, and crunchy to the point of being inedible. And the boneless wings had 3 dabs of sauce tossed in and that was it. This is the most ridiculous pizza hut experience I’ve ever had. I will not be getting anything else from this establishment.

This was the absolute worse experience I have had at this location. We ordered the pizza as a pick-up. Upon returning home and opening box, I realized the pizza was not baked properly. I called back several times and the call center attempted to transfer me to the store; however, unsuccessfully. Someone would answer then hang-up. I completely understand that the location appeared to be short staffed, and the staff seemed to be doing the best (under the circumstances), but this is unacceptable. The pizza looked like lasagna…cold lasagna. Is there not a manager to supervise? I am disappointed in this terrible level of service.

Absolutely horrid lunch from the Pizza Hut on Hardscrabble road, Rice Village. Stopped in to get a medium Supreme, and a Big New Yorker. Horrid. There was next to NO pizza sauce on either pizza, the was at least some cheese on the Supreme, but the other didn’t even have enough to hold the sloppily applied pepperoni on it. The only thing liberally applied was garlic and oregano, in copious amounts. Never again. Pizza Hut is out. I filed a complaint, but I doubt anything will be done.

Spent $60 on dinner only to have pizza hut get a door dasher to deliver wings!!! Waited 45min for wings!!!! Wasn’t dasher fault. Called them and they were just like my bad, sending someone with the rest of your food. Waited another 20 min (not bad) to still have them get my order wrong on put pepperoni on the big new Yorker. Spent rest of the night carefully removing pepperoni from pizza trying not to remove the cheese for my kids. Only bright spot were that bothe delivery ladies were very sorry and repeatedly apologized. $60 right down the drain.

Burnt not one but both of my Melts. Took them back. They remade my order, and burnt them both again! Young lady that’s I guess the crew lead, or manager had an attitude when I asked for a refund. Then tells me they’re suppose to look that that because of the oven…she must of thought I was slow or something. Done with this location.
