Two stars. Normally ok to order from. Got a Big New Yorker Pizza. All the ads show pepperoni. Mine was a straight up cheese pizza. So beware the BNY is just a cheese pizza, you have to add all the toppings. Also the pizza was turned sideways and the wing boxes were smashed and leaking. The pictures were after we straightened up the pizza a good bit. All in all a rather bad experience.

Pizza said it would take 25-35 mins for delivery and took an hour. We received a pizza that was undercooked in the center and expired blue cheese dressing. I will give 2 stars because the driver was friendly and apologized for the delay as there was no delivery driver available and he had to wait until he closed the store before he could deliver our food. I feel bad that there was only one worker available, but overall the experience was poor.

We ordered 4 pizzas for a kid’s birthday party. 2 cheese,1 pepperoni, & 1 sausage. All pizzas were not presentable to feed small children. Be mindful of the product that is sold. If any employee or manager wouldn’t eat these pizzas pictured, why would you expect a customer to eat it? There has got to be a standard for quality food & service.

I love Pizza Hut but this just makes me sad. I just moved to Gwinnett County, and this is the pizza I get?! I seriously doubt that this melt is supposed to look like this and I seriously doubt that it’s supposed to crunch like a chip. AND they were late! The app said that I should recieve my pizza at 709. I didn’t get it until about 745. I won’t be ordering from this establishment because from the looks of other reviews, yall like to burn pizza…. and who wants a burnt pizza after waiting an extra 36 minutes?

If I have to choose from the big 3 im going to Pizza Hut. Especially this location because the customer service is great and the drive thru is convenient with the baby in the back. They even give plates with your order. Both pizzas and cheese sticks were a little burned so I can’t give 5 stars.
