Delivery driver was very polite. I called the store because it was taking longer than the time said online and I live about 5 min. Away. They sent me to an automated voice message waiting a good 4 minutes listening to non stop Pizza Hut commercial so I call again and they immediately hang up. I call a third time and the lady on the phone picked up speaking gibberish from how fast she was talking with an attitude I couldn’t even catch her name but she was a jerk about the whole thing. I asked if she could give me an estimated time on my order and she said twice WITH ATTITUDE that my order is with the driver, completely ignoring the simple question. Never ordering again, and she should be replaced. Thank you 🙂

I messed up and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and asked if they could switch one to a cheese pizza and he said no.. I wasn’t trying to keep both pepperoni pizzas I just needed one swapped for my wife that doesn’t eat pepperoni.

The pizza was okay. It tasted fine, but it was pretty dry, as if it was left in the oven or warmer for too long. Granted, I picked it up about 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be done, but I’ve picked pizza up that late at other pizzerias, and they were not dry. The staff was also not present at the register when I arrived, so we had to shout for them after a minute or two of waiting.

The cheese bread was a complete FAIL; there was barely any cheese, and the light sprinkle of cheese they DID put on was burned. I ended up picking off 2 or 3 pieces of bread because I waited for it and I was hungry, but it wasn’t tasty. My wings were good though, probably because they come pre-packaged and only require heating in the oven.
